What Information Do I Need to Access the NSLDS Student Access Website?
You’ll need to enter your Federal Student Aid (FSA) ID and password to use the National Student Loan Data System.
If you don’t already have an FSA ID, you can create one online. You’ll need your full name, social security number, and date of birth to register.
Remember: Your FSA ID is your own legal signature. Not even your parents, lender, or a school official should be able to use it.

The NSLDS website is available from 6:00 A.M. Monday to 7:00 PM Saturday.
You can access the website outside this time frame, but outages may occur for system maintenance.

You can send your concerns about the National Student Loan Data System to NSLDS@ed.gov.
You can also give them a call at (800) 999-8219.
