Requesting a forbearance with ACS?
Go to this link and do it online it’s a much easier process:
There you can either log in if you already have information or register and on the left-hand side is a link that says forms.
To access the ACS forbearance form, you want to select “Forms” then “Forbearance”.
The top choice will be Financial Hardship.
You want to click Online forbearance assistant on the right-hand side and then you just need to put in the date the forbearance should last until (month, day, year) and then click submit online at the bottom.
